Refund Policy

Grand Valley Nursing is Private/Self-pay prorated on a 30-day month-to-month billing schedule, with payment due on the first of every month. Payment is non-refundable unless the client is hospitalized, or a death occurs. In rare occurrences shift /shifts are unable to be covered Grand Valley Nursing will credit the client’s account for hours of care not provided.
